At West Hills Church, we believe in servant leadership.
Our church is led by a team of servant-hearted elders who love Christ and His church. They are supported by a staff team which helps facilitate each of our ministries.
Dr. Scott Julian
Senior Pastor, Staff Elder
Scott has been serving as a pastor since 1992, first serving at a church plant in the Seattle area as the youth pastor. In 2000, Scott and his family moved to ministry in the Southern California area and he has been a Sr. Pastor since 2003. Scott is blessed to be involved in ministry through the local church at West Hills starting in 2017 and as State Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship. Scott is passionate about preaching the Word and training men to be leaders in the church and home. He and his wife Jenny have been blessed with three adult children that all love the Lord. Scott earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from The Master’s Seminary.
